Ukraine says footage shows soldiers in Kharkiv region at Russian border – video

Ukraine has released footage that it says shows its troops in Kharkiv region reaching the border with Russia. The video released on Sunday shows men in military uniform gathered near a blue and yellow boundary post and making various celebratory hand gestures as a man says they have reached the border.
