A second teenager has been charged with conspiracy to murder over the shooting of the Black Lives Matter activist Sasha Johnson, 大都会警察说.

Devonte Brown, 18, of Southwark, was charged on Friday evening with conspiracy to murder. He will appear in custody at Westminster magistrates court on Saturday, 警察说.
